Remuneration policy

The Foundation is a volunteer-based, non-profit organisation.

 All members of the Board of Directors perform their duties on a voluntary basis and receive no remuneration, salary, or other financial compensation for their services. Likewise, all individuals who contribute to the Foundation’s activities do so as volunteers and are not employed by the Foundation.

Where necessary, volunteers and board members may be reimbursed solely for reasonable and documented expenses incurred in the performance of their duties, in accordance with the Foundation’s financial policies and applicable Dutch laws and regulations.

The Foundation does not distribute profits or assets to board members, volunteers, or any other individuals. All available resources are used exclusively to further the Foundation’s charitable objectives in accordance with the requirements for ANBI status.
